All good days start with AGD Beer and Long Weekends

Ah Easter. A holiday mainly for the kids! Show us a kid who doesn’t like hard boiling, dying and hunting for eggs or gathering tons of chocolates and sweets in the shape of chicks, eggs and of course, bunnies. It’s a fun spirited, pastel coloured, family driven tradition that kids (and adults) alike look forward to every Spring. But there is one part of this holiday that will live in our heads (and our photo albums) forever. We’re talking about the odd and often uncomfortable tradition of taking your kids to the mall to sit on the lap of a stranger dressed as the Easter Bunny!!

Below are some of the most nightmarish “Easter Bunnies” we could find from what looks to be the ’80s!

Ever wonder what “IT” would look like as a bunny?

Oh good! Creepy Uncle Ted made it after all…

Seems like a nice guy!

Go home Easter Bunny, you’re drunk

They didn’t even try!

Has anyone ever seen a bunny?

She seems okay with it! But we are not.

He sees you when you’re sleeping…

Definitely what inspired Donnie Darko

What a sweet way to remember how the nightmares started

Lazy eyed bunnies are cuter…right?

We’re having Chuck E. Cheese flashbacks…

The bunnies might actually be getting cuter!

Spoke too soon!

Have a great Easter long weekend!  Please enjoy responsibly.
