Loverboy is set to release Live In ’82, on June 7th. The concert was  originally shot on16mm film and has been transformed to CD, Blu-ray, LP, and DVD. And will be available as a digital download.

The band, which formed in 1979, still includes vocalist Mike Reno, guitarist Paul Dean, Doug Johnson on keyboards, and Matt Frenette on drums. Ken “Spider” Sinnaeve replaced the late Scott Smith on bass.

Loverboy was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2009 and Canadian Walk of Fame in 2023.

The group will be on tour with Sammy Hagar, starting in July.
