Spirit Of Giving

Details

There are a ton of charity initiatives in Calgary during the holiday season.  Toy drives, food drives, gift cards, cash.  This year 96.9 JACK is teaming up with Sportsnet 960, Breakfast Television and London Drugs to focus on an increasing need in our city.  With your help, we will collect necessities for Calgary’s homeless population.  All donations will be received and distributed by The Mustard Seed.

Share in the Spirit of Giving! When you’re out and about shopping this season think of The Mustard Seed and those experiencing poverty and homelessness in Calgary. Your kind donations are gratefully accepted at all London Drugs locations in Calgary and at the 96.9 JACK studios. 

Not sure what to give? The Mustard Seed is looking for everyday items that we take for granted. Click here for their Wish List.  The most desperately needed items include:

–          new underwear
–          new socks
–          razors
–          toothbrushes
–          deodorant
